Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or sizing issues.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

* The product received is damaged.
* The product received is defective.
* The wrong product was delivered.

Return Request Process

When submitting a request, kindly provide:

* Clear photos and videos of the product
* Images of the package received

Failure to provide the required evidence may result in rejection of the return request.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
